本研究尚存在的问题：随访时间较短，样本量较少，未包含对静脉曲张复发率及死亡率的研究。本研究为回顾性研究，可能存在偏倚的问题。综上，与组织胶注射术相比，内镜下1型食管胃静脉曲张套扎术在不降低总体有效率、不增加副作用发生率的情况下可显著减轻患者的医疗负担。
